Dervish “Poem”

Crazy wanderer was I

When I first looked at the sea in Brighton beach England

Crazy dervish was I

When I first sit near the river Jhelum

Crazy hermit was I

When I first left my home

Crazy nomad I am still

When I come to America

Crazy dervish still I am

When I first moved from temple terrace to floribraska

Crazy hermit still I am

When I moved from Floribraska to Downtown

Crazy Monk still I am

When I am moving from downtown to Nebraska

Crazy dervish still I am

While moving to 21st street now to make a poets house

Crazy wanderer I am still

From Adalee to Nebraska people know and say my name

Crazy still will I be a dervish

Going place to place and not making a nest

Like that of Falcon in birds kingdom

Always flying top mountains and peaks

Crazy dervish will I be all my life
